Phytosanitary Compliance
Are your pallets ISPM 15 certified?
Yes. All pallets are heat-treated in compliance with ISPM 15 standards. Official phytosanitary documentation is provided with every shipment — no exceptions.

Wood & Material Specs
What wood species do you use?
We use Pine, Spruce, or Fir — all high-quality softwoods approved for EPAL production.
What is the moisture content of your pallets?
All pallets are kiln-dried to a moisture content strictly below 22%, fully compliant with EPAL standards. This ensures structural integrity during long-haul transport and storage.

What are the dimensions of an EPAL 1 pallet?
Standard EPAL 1 pallet dimensions are 800 × 1200 mm.
What is the load capacity?
Dynamic load: 1,500 kg. Static load: 4,000 kg.
How much does a single pallet weigh?
Approximately 25 kg.
